Sasha Keable’s ‘act right’ channels grief to growth, with Beam on ‘work’ and Leon Thomas on the focus track ‘move it along’.

‘act right’ is Sasha Keable’s heart on record, a collection that transforms pain into purpose. Released via The Fight Club Records, Sony Music UK, the project arrives as her most personal and emotionally charged work yet, written in the wake of a breakup and shaped into a journey that begins in anger and ends in empowerment.

The story behind the music is as candid as the songs themselves. “This project comes from a place of betrayal and heartbreak,” says Sasha. “I felt like if I didn’t make this music I might lose my mind. I made this project for myself, it’s exactly what I needed.” That intention echoes through every chorus and verse, and the energy is warmly resilient from start to finish.

Sasha’s signature vocals are placed at the center of a sound that blends nostalgic R&B touches with contemporary soul. Features add color without pulling focus. Beam steps in on ‘work’, a sultry and self assured cut that amplifies the mood. Leon Thomas, this year’s biggest R&B breakout, co writes and appears on ‘move it along’, the project’s focus track. The single is a spark of confidence and closure, as Sasha reflects on the past and stands tall in the present, ring the alarm please.

The seven song tracklist paints a cohesive picture. Titles include ‘FEEL SOMETHING’, ‘act right’, ‘can’t stop’, ‘work’ featuring Beam, ‘WHY’, ‘move it along’ featuring Leon Thomas, and ‘heartbeat’. Together they map a course from hurt to healing with clarity and grace.

This project is a celebration of growth. It is supportive, it is soulful, and it is Sasha Keable at her most open, turning real life into R&B that feels both intimate and powerful.
