The theatrical newcomer introduces her debut LP with title track “Vicious Delicious” and a gothic visual fantasy.
Making a dramatic entrance into the music world, Luvcat has announced her first full-length album Vicious Delicious, arriving this Halloween. The announcement comes with the release of the title track and a stunning video, both capturing the artist’s flair for theatricality and twisted romanticism.
“Vicious Delicious” is a sonic homage to dangerous attraction. Luvcat describes the muse behind the song as “a terrible man who tasted like heaven… a true hedonist with a black eye to match.” Set against a backdrop of smoky cabaret textures and dark pop energy, the track invites listeners into a glamorous yet chaotic love story.
Shot in Liverpool’s most haunted hotel, the self-directed music video pays tribute to gothic muses—from Morticia Addams to Moulin Rouge’s velvet decadence. “I wanted to make a video referencing the Morticia and Gomez twisted love affair,” Luvcat explains.
With this striking debut, Luvcat merges visual storytelling and genre-defying music. Vicious Delicious is shaping up to be a powerful statement—dark, dazzling, and unapologetically original.
