Patrick Luna, the rising star of regional Mexican music, has released his debut EP, ‘+ Romántico Que Bélico,’ now streaming on all platforms. With themes that weave between romanticism and realism, the EP highlights Luna’s ability to craft heartfelt stories rooted in love and personal experience.
The collection includes standout tracks like “Vulnerable,” where Luna sings, “porque soy vulnerable, puedes herirme, pero me quedaré” (I’m vulnerable, and you can hurt me, but I will stay), set to delicate guitar melodies. Meanwhile, “Carrusel” enchants with a bolero-inspired rhythm, capturing the pursuit of love with poetic charm. Luna also breathes new life into Prince Royce’s “Corazón Sin Cara,” reimagining the bachata classic with a fresh regional Mexican sound.
‘+ Romántico Que Bélico’ also features emotional songs like “Me Cuesta Tanto” and “El Malo,” which explore heartbreak and the complexities of moving on. Adding to the project’s diversity, “De Antes” infuses a dreamy pop vibe into a classic love story, pairing cheery guitar with a rhythmic beat. 
Speaking about the project, Patrick shares: “This project reflects my essence: to be faithful to my songwriting and to the experiences I have lived. I’m a natural romantic, and that’s what I’m most passionate about writing. I wanted to represent Mexico in an authentic way, connecting with those who share this sensibility.”
