Bringing their sporting legacy into the musical spotlight, Omari Banks and Chris Gayle collaborate on “Living It Up,” a reggae anthem born from friendship, shared roots, and a mutual love of Caribbean culture. The track is available now on all platforms.
This upbeat single fuses Omari’s soulful roots reggae background with a new, party-driven energy. Known for his emotive guitar playing and thoughtful songwriting, Omari explains, “Living It Up is inspired by the energy and party vibes that pulse through the Caribbean.”
Musically, the track is the result of a tight collaboration. Omari took the lead on writing the hook and his verses, while Gayle and Camar “Flava” added their lyrical perspectives. Michael Fletcher co-arranged the track with Omari, while Ann and Gordon Woodward served as executive producers.
