Mergui teams up with ALTÉGO for a club-ready remix of “Risk It All” and hits the road with acoustic shows.

For Mergui, vulnerability and energy coexist. The singer-songwriter proves this with his new remix of “Risk It All,” produced in collaboration with ALTÉGO. A thrilling rework of his emotionally charged single, the remix hits streaming services alongside a dynamic visualizer—and it’s already resonating with fans of both dance music and introspective pop.

“Risk It All” was initially introduced with sweeping vocals and poignant lyrics. Co-written by Marc Lo and Prince Fox, the original was spotlighted during NFL GameDay broadcasts. Mergui described it as “a reflection of all the times I’ve chosen love, art, and growth over comfort.” Now, that same sentiment is reimagined for dancefloors with an energetic electronic treatment courtesy of ALTÉGO.

The remix drop is paired with a visualizer and launches as Mergui embarks on a Sofar Sounds acoustic tour. From LA to NYC, he’s offering stripped-down versions of his catalog, supported by Just Seconds Apart. The intimate settings allow him to showcase a different side of his artistry.

The remix follows the success of “Purple Rose,” his latest release sung in Simlish for The Sims. Combined with previous hits like his cover of “Say Something,” which earned millions of streams, and his Nobody Really Knows EP, Mergui continues building a multi-layered career.

With a unique ability to traverse sonic spaces, Mergui’s remix with ALTÉGO is a bold, uplifting offering that shows where emotional depth meets dance energy.
