MARINA has returned with “CUPID’S GIRL,” a new track that blends her signature lyrical edge with seductive, genre-bending pop. Arriving on the heels of her comeback single “BUTTERFLY”—which has already racked up more than 9 million global streams—“CUPID’S GIRL” continues to build anticipation for the new phase of her storied career.
A swirl of hypnotic beats and poetic bite, “CUPID’S GIRL” flips the idea of love on its head. “Cupid, you’re so stupid / trying to resist my kiss,” she sings with a knowing smirk. “Shoot my arrow right into your back” becomes both a metaphor and a mission statement, as the track pulses with psychedelic energy and sleek pop confidence.
The track follows “BUTTERFLY,” MARINA’s first release since 2022, which reintroduced the world to her magnetic voice and vision. Its visual, directed by Aerin Moreno, premiered across MTV Live, MTVU, and Times Square’s iconic screens. 
In addition to her return to music, MARINA’s live schedule this year includes major festival slots: Coachella, World Pride, Governors Ball, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Osheaga.
She’s also celebrating the 10th anniversary of her beloved album FROOT with a Limited Edition Red EcoRecord releasing July 25, complete with a tropical-scented sticker and the unreleased track “I’m Not Hungry Anymore.”
