“Be Alone” is Julian Sacheli’s return as a solo artist, exploring solitude through deep-tech rhythms and melodic textures.
Julian Sacheli, widely recognized as one half of Black V Neck, steps into the solo spotlight with the release of “Be Alone,” a contemplative deep-tech single released via Dirtybird as part of their 20th anniversary series.
Marking his first solo work in eight years, “Be Alone” sees Sacheli reconnect with a more personal sound. The track builds around quirky percussion, melodic arpeggios, and a vocoded vocal that reframes solitude in an escapist light.
“This is my first solo release in 8 years so I’m excited and nervous at the same time! Either way I’m ecstatic to do it with Dirtybird who have been supporting me for years now,” Julian shares.
The title works on dual levels—reflecting both the theme of the song and Sacheli’s return to solo artistry after a highly successful run with Black V Neck. Earlier this year, the duo released “Check My Brain,” continuing their momentum on the festival circuit.
Raised in Miami, Julian’s early exposure to house music came from his DJ father. By age 12, he was producing in Ableton and performing around the city. In 2017, he co-founded Black V Neck with Ian Beato, making waves at Ultra, EDC, and Coachella.
“Be Alone” is out now on all streaming platforms, heralding a new solo era for Julian Sacheli—one defined by introspection and sonic freedom.
