Josh Ross announces his 15-track debut album ‘Later Tonight’, produced by Matt Geroux, releasing this fall.
Josh Ross has officially confirmed the release of his debut album Later Tonight, due out September 19 via Universal Music Canada and MCA. The 15-track project marks a milestone in the singer-songwriter’s career, offering a deeper look into the stories that have shaped him.
Ross teamed again with Matt Geroux, producer of his acclaimed Complicated EP, to shape the emotional and sonic direction of the album. Tracks like “Single Again”—a Top 2 U.S. country radio hit—build momentum alongside Canadian radio favorites “Hate How You Look” and “Leave Me Too.”
“The title of this record, and the title track, became the thread that tied this project together over the last couple of years,” Ross shares. “Every single we put out, every show we’ve played has led to this…”
In celebration of the album’s reveal, Ross released the title song “Later Tonight,” giving fans a preview of what’s to come. This announcement follows a banner moment for the artist, who just picked up six CCMA nominations, including Entertainer of the Year and Single of the Year.
With Later Tonight, Josh Ross crafts a debut that resonates with emotional sincerity, positioning him as one of country music’s most promising voices.
