Hannah McFarland’s Broken Hearts EP delivers heartfelt country storytelling, featuring the standout track “Whiskey Into Water.”
Rising country artist Hannah McFarland shares her deeply personal EP Broken Hearts, out now via The Core Records/Capitol Records. The project showcases McFarland’s ability to capture heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery through her rich storytelling and evocative voice.
Produced by Will Bundy (Keith Urban, Kameron Marlowe), Broken Hearts blends classic country elements with modern Americana influences. The standout single “Whiskey Into Water” delivers a powerful narrative about witnessing a loved one’s struggle with addiction, conveying the helplessness of watching someone self-destruct.
Sometimes, the only thing you can do is pray for them,” McFarland shares. “This song reflects that moment of realizing some things are out of your control.”
The EP also includes “Hey Highway,” which marked her major-label debut and gained traction on SiriusXM’s On The Horizon. Additionally, her viral song “The Bed I Made” solidified her presence in country music, leading to publishing and record deals with Warner Chappell Music and The Core Entertainment.
McFarland will hit the road in support of Broken Hearts, joining Dylan Marlowe and Conner Smith on their Did We Just Become Best Friends? Tour this spring. Fans can also catch her at major festivals like Breakout at Big Creek, Country Jam, and Boots and Hearts Festival.
With Broken Hearts, Hannah McFarland continues to make her mark, proving she is an artist to watch in the country music landscape.
