Dani Thorne and RayRay’s latest track “The Afters” captures the gritty spirit of late-night rave culture.
Hardstyle artist RayRay joins forces with Dani Thorne on “The Afters,” a high-energy techno track marking Thorne’s debut with Dim Mak. Loaded with gritty synths, deep bass, and a haunting vocal loop, “The Afters” channels the pulsating energy of an afterparty, perfect for the rave scene.
Dani shared how “The Afters” was inspired by her debut performance as a techno artist, saying, “The Afters is inspired by my first show as a techno artist at an Afters, and it reinvigorated my love for the rave scene. I knew I wanted to share that experience and bring The Afters home to you. Bringing this to life with RayRay was incredibly fun. She made it even nastier and we couldn’t stop laughing in our sessions. It was a blast.”
RayRay also expressed her excitement, adding, “It was a very fun experience to sit in the studio with Dani. We absolutely made a banger. I got really excited when I heard Dani wants to tap into the hard dance scene. I always enjoy bringing the harder sound to the US music scene. Can’t wait to see what this collab will take us to!”
