GRAMMY-winning artist Coco Jones announces her debut album Why Not More?, out April 25, and shares her latest single “Taste.”
Coco Jones, the GRAMMY-winning R&B sensation, has officially announced her long-awaited debut album, Why Not More?, set to arrive April 25 via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings. The album will feature previously released hits, including her GRAMMY-nominated track Here We Go (Uh-Oh), alongside Most Beautiful Design and Sweep It Up.
Along with the announcement, Coco has released her newest single, Taste, accompanied by a sultry music video. Produced by Stargate (Beyoncé, Rihanna) and Jasper Harris (Post Malone, Jack Harlow), the track reimagines Britney Spears’ iconic Toxic, infusing it with Coco’s signature R&B elegance. The song captures the intensity of attraction and infatuation, with Coco’s silky vocals adding a mesmerizing touch. The music video, directed by Ava Rikki, highlights Coco’s confidence and charisma, further showcasing her evolution as an artist.
Coco Jones has already cemented herself as a rising powerhouse in R&B, earning seven GRAMMY nominations before even releasing a full album. Last year, she received five GRAMMY nods, including Best New Artist, and won Best R&B Performance for ICU. She also earned a MTV VMA nomination for MTV Push Performance of the Year. This year, she added two more GRAMMY nominations, including Best R&B Song for Here We Go (Uh-Oh).
With Why Not More?, Coco Jones is set to further solidify her place as one of R&B’s most exciting and influential voices.
