Claudia Valentina offers an emotional new chapter in her rising career with the release of “Cry Them Dry,” out today on Electric Feel. The single is paired with a stripped-back live performance video that highlights her stunning vocals and lyrical vulnerability.
Describing the song’s message, Claudia explains: “I like raw lyrics that make you really understand the feeling and in the case of ‘Cry Them Dry’ it’s essentially just deep st that rhymes… It’s about the inevitable loss that we all have to face. To wrap up how fed everything is and can be in a song is pretty hard but I feel like it captures that feeling pretty well—it’s about escapism and the void of a bad b**h when she’s by herself.”
The track is a follow-up to “When I’m High” and “Diamonds On My Teeth,” all of which will appear on Claudia’s forthcoming EP, due out later this year. 
The video takes a minimalist approach, allowing Claudia’s voice and emotion to take center stage. With each note, she delivers a message that’s both personal and universal—honest, haunting, and heartfelt.
