Cian Ducrot confirms July 11 release of new album Little Dreaming and reveals 2025 tour plans.
GRAMMY®-winning Irish singer and songwriter Cian Ducrot has announced his second full-length album, Little Dreaming, due July 11 via Darkroom/Polydor/Capitol. Available now for pre-order in vinyl, CD, cassette, and digital formats, the record represents a major evolution in Cian’s career, blending emotional honesty with expansive pop production.
The accompanying video for the title track, “Little Dreaming,” premieres alongside the announcement. Starring Irish talents Lola Petticrew and Hazel Doupe (Say Nothing) and Chris Walley (The Young Offenders), the visual offers a whimsical, tongue-in-cheek take on stardom. Ducrot stars as Juno Lush, a fictional pop diva navigating ambition, glitter, and ego. Drenched in theatrical glam, the track’s energy captures the spirit of self-celebration and artistic boldness. “I can take it full Picasso, I don’t care who wore it first…” he sings, fully embracing self-expression.
The album showcases Cian’s continued growth as a songwriter and performer. Inspired by legends like Elton John, Michael Jackson, and Queen, Little Dreaming incorporates nostalgic glam and retro pop elements, while staying grounded in the heartfelt lyricism that has defined his artistry to date. He worked with a circle of collaborators including Anton Göransson, Isabella Sjöstrand, Grammy winner Lostboy, Theo Hutchcraft, Tristan Salvati, Bill Maybury, and Will Bloomfield.
Following his GRAMMY® win for co-writing SZA’s “Saturn,” Ducrot performed at the globally televised Ireland vs. France rugby match and wrapped a successful tour with Teddy Swims. He now heads into a new chapter with a headlining EU/UK tour, with tickets available March 28 at 10am GMT. Fans who pre-order the album gain early access to tickets.
