Chloe Qisha releases “Modern Romance” and video ahead of her EP drop on May 1. Watch now.
With her second EP just around the corner, Chloe Qisha gives fans another taste of what’s to come with her new single “Modern Romance”. The track is the title cut from her upcoming EP, set for release on May 1, and arrives with a playful, steamy music video directed by Bedroom.
Musically, “Modern Romance” sees Chloe refining her future-pop sound with subtle influences from disco and funk. The song pairs her unmistakable vocals with vibrant production and storytelling that captures the chaos of dating in the modern age.
“‘Modern Romance’ is my third single from my second EP, as well as the title track,” Chloe shares. “It’s about dating in the modern age… the expectations, the messiness, and the hunger that people encounter.”
Chloe’s sophomore EP will also include her previous singles “21st Century Cool Girl” and “Sx, Drugs & Existential Dread”*, both of which received critical acclaim. She describes the new collection as “the sister act to my first EP… the more rambunctious, and daring younger sibling.”
In October, she’ll bring Modern Romance to life with her first UK and European tour, including shows in Paris, Brussels, Berlin, and a headline set at London’s Village Underground.
Chloe Qisha’s blend of fearless expression and polished artistry continues to earn her praise from Rolling Stone UK, BBC Radio 1, The Forty-Five, ELLE, and more. “Modern Romance” is her next bold step in a career that’s just getting started.
