Chloe Flower’s “Under the Stars” blends emotional depth with classical finesse, spotlighting women in composition.
Classical crossover pianist and composer Chloe Flower releases her latest original piece, “Under the Stars,” via Popsical Music Group. The single arrives in anticipation of her upcoming album I Love Me More, due May 2, and reflects her ongoing mission to reshape the image and reach of classical music.
Written and arranged by Chloe for piano and orchestra, “Under the Stars” is a meditative yet emotionally rich composition, performed alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. With her signature expressive touch and cinematic sense of movement, Chloe captures the tranquility and wonder of a starlit sky.
“This piece is my love letter to every woman who dreams of composing,” says Chloe. “I’ve often felt self-doubt as a classical composer navigating a space that has been dominated by men for centuries. I poured my heart into ‘Under the Stars,’ hoping it would encourage other women to embrace and share their musical voices.”
The track is the third single from I Love Me More, a project that fuses original compositions with new interpretations of beloved classics. Highlights include her renditions of The Beatles’ “Yesterday,” featuring Babyface, and a bold take on Miley Cyrus’s “Flowers.”
I Love Me More also introduces Chloe’s newly launched label Popsical Music Group, created to elevate female and minority voices in the classical space. In partnership with The Orchard, the label represents a new avenue for advocacy and innovation in an often tradition-bound genre.
