Canadian R&B star Aqyila closes the chapter on her powerful debut album Falling Into Place with the release of “Soar,” a song that brings together the themes of love, growth, and intuition that have defined her rise.
Produced by Charlie Coffeen and co-written with Maya J’an B, “Soar” is built on heartfelt lyrics, rich harmonies, and Aqyila’s unmistakable voice. “‘Soar’ puts the final touch on this body of work,” she says. “Like the song says – I’m feeling like my intuition never misses, as long as I continue to trust myself.”
Falling Into Place has been praised as a defining debut. Billboard hailed it as “a formidable introduction,” while BET and Vibe recognized Aqyila as one of R&B’s brightest new stars.
