KATSEYE’s latest move centers artistry and reach. The group returns to ‘Gabriela’ with a new version, ‘Gabriela’ (KATSEYE with Young Miko Remix).

Young Miko, hailed by Rolling Stone as “the Puerto Rican star everyone wants to work with”, adds a scintillating bilingual Spanish, English verse that reframes the song within the ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ era.

The track’s path started strong. Upon its June release, ‘Gabriela’ was voted No. 1 in Billboard’s favorite new music release of the week poll. Hailing the track as “a bold evolution in [KATSEYE’s] artistic direction.” HYPEBEAST said, “[The] track leans into a sultrier, more vocal-driven style — playing like a Gen Z take on ‘Jolene.’ Blending haunting synth-pop tunes with Latin-acoustics, the song creates a cinematic, genre-blurring atmosphere…showcasing a new side of KATSEYE’s artistry.”

On the release front, the group’s new EP ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ debuted top five on the Billboard 200. Live demand followed, with ‘KATSEYE: The Beautiful Chaos Tour’ selling out immediately, then adding second shows in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles that also sold out. Beginning November 15, the headline run will travel across North America, from Toronto to Mexico City.

Festival moments have been documented across outlets. NYLON praised KATSEYE’s “red-hot Lollapalooza debut.” Rolling Stone said, “The L.A.-based girl group ruled the stage on Sunday.” Cosmopolitan ranked their set among the festival’s top 5 and noted, “[KATSEYE’s] charisma carried through their stage presence effortlessly…Witnessing a sea of people sing songs like ‘Debut’ and bust out moves during ‘Gnarly’ was a cinematic experience.” The Korea Times observed, “KATSEYE brought theatrical flair and cross-cultural buzz.”

‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ on HYBE x Geffen Records includes ‘Gnarly’, with 100 million combined global streams, along with ‘Gameboy’, ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘M.I.A.’. It follows 2024’s debut EP ‘SIS (Soft Is Strong)’, a project that debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists and Heatseekers Albums charts.
