Jimmy Scott Free makes a striking re-entry into the music world with “Turn Back Time,” a collaborative single with house music legend Kim English. The track is both a sonic celebration and a personal milestone, signaling a new direction after a decade of musical silence.
A familiar name from the UK underground scene of the early 2000s, Jimmy began his journey promoting parties at just 15. Together with his brother, he later formed a dynamic live act powered by a custom reggae sound system. Their performances with acts like Peter Hook and Groove Armada left a lasting mark and earned them recognition at the Exposure Music Awards.
Yet after years of industry challenges, Jimmy walked away. Reflecting on that moment, he shares: 
“When my brother left the band, I lost my heart for music.”
Living in Spain helped him reset. One visit from a friend sparked the creative flame:
“I haven’t stopped writing since.”
