Canadian country artist Kalsey Kulyk releases “Till I Get To Heaven,” co-written with Liz Rose and Phil Barton.

Canadian country mainstay Kalsey Kulyk returns with “Till I Get To Heaven,” an upbeat new single filled with warm energy and relatable reflection. Released via Universal Music Canada, the track is poised to become a seasonal favorite with its easygoing rhythm and joyful outlook.

The song’s origins lie in a virtual writing session that brought Kulyk together with celebrated Nashville songwriters Liz Rose and Phil Barton. For Kulyk, the collaboration marked the realization of a dream she’d held since her teenage years.

“When I was 17 years old I heard Taylor Swift on the radio for the first time and then immediately went and bought her first album,” Kulyk says. “The name that was beside all of my favorite songs on that album was ‘Liz Rose.’”

Inspired from the start, she always believed a writing session with Rose would happen someday. “I don’t know when or how, but one day I’m going to write songs with her.”

That belief manifested years later, when Kulyk brought the initial idea for “Till I Get To Heaven” to the session, which ultimately produced this sunny track about letting go, embracing life, and moving forward without regrets.

Known for her vivid lyrics and classic country sound, Kulyk blends personal truth with universal appeal. Born in Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan, her career continues to gather momentum through consistent releases and growing fan support.

“Till I Get To Heaven” captures the kind of joyful energy that defines Kulyk’s voice and artistic approach. It’s country at its most uplifting—a message of freedom, trust, and summer simplicity.
