Alternative Influence returns with “Time 4 Her to Shine, ” a compelling new anthem celebrating women’s football in the lead-up to UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. More than just a song, the release is an acknowledgment of the momentum, visibility, and community spirit reshaping the sport.
The single arrives with two official music videos, filmed during England’s emotional win over Spain in February. Featuring match-day scenes along Wembley Way, as well as real footage from the game, the visuals reflect a growing, inclusive fanbase built on joy rather than hostility.
“I’ve been following the women’s game since 2016, ” says frontman Lee Devenport. “The national team’s success has inspired more domestic clubs, and now grassroots football features just as many junior girls’ teams as boys’ – it’s part of the football fabric now.” 
The band rolled out the campaign in full force at England’s April 4 match against Belgium, distributing thousands of promo cards to fans. Their support extends beyond music, with a sponsorship of Radcliffe Women FC—a North West Women’s League Division 1 team.
