Willow Avalon, the rising country-Americana artist, has released “Something We Regret,” a deeply emotional single from her upcoming debut album, Southern Belle Raisin’ Hell. Set to release on January 17 via Atlantic Records/Assemble Sound, the album is now available for pre-order.
“Something We Regret” highlights Avalon’s knack for pairing heartfelt storytelling with her unique blend of country and Americana sounds. The song builds on the success of previous singles “Tequila or Whiskey” and “Homewrecker,” which have earned nearly 100 million views across social media and over 15 million streams in just two months.
Avalon’s debut album arrives ahead of her first-ever headline tour in 2025. Following sold-out performances this fall, including a stop at Los Angeles’ Roxy Theatre, the tour will take her to iconic venues such as New York’s Bowery Ballroom, Nashville’s Exit/In, and Boston’s The Sinclair. Due to overwhelming demand, many U.K. and Ireland dates have been moved to larger venues, including in London, Glasgow, and Dublin.
Born in Georgia and now based in New York, Avalon’s musical journey began at a young age, inspired by her first word, “Elvis.” Teaching herself guitar at age 12, she found solace in songwriting, crafting a sound that merges classic and modern influences. With her debut album on the horizon, Willow Avalon is set to make waves in the music world.
